1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EmailKind ("the Service"), operated by Gaston Media SAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EmailKind provides an API that classifies email addresses by identifying their email provider and type (business, personal, disposable, etc.) based on publicly available DNS records.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
You must not share your API keys with unauthorized third parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Abuse the API by exceeding your plan's rate limits intentionally
Attempt to reverse-engineer the classification logic
Use the Service for illegal purposes
Resell API access without authorization

5. Plans and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gaston Media SAS shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Strasbourg, France.
